Multi-Criteria Analysis for the Evaluation of Urban Freight Logistics Solutions: A Systematic Literature Review

The tension between city logistics and its impact on sustainable urban development is evident. Often, local environmental decisions overlook the effects freight logistics, lacking consideration for stakeholders. To address this, utilizing multi-criteria analysis becomes relevant informed planning management decision making. In this context, paper conducts a systematic literature review from 2012 to 2022, focused implementing methodology evaluate alternatives solutions in logistics. PRISMA tool was used select publications categorize information obtained research questions. Results display most prominent authors publications, authors’ country affiliations, annual publication frequency, objectives, frameworks, involved actors, defined evaluation criteria, types of considered, MCDM methods applied. main finding that commonly were AHP hybrid followed by MAMCA. addition, no clear correlation pursued objectives employed researchers identified.
